By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

SundayPinGolf is a golf analytics application that enables you to:

• Track golf rounds and record shot-by-shot data
• Analyse your golf performance through statistics and insights
• View strokes gained analysis and other performance metrics
• Monitor your progress over time

The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using a valid email address or Sign in with Apple.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4.1 Trial (Free)

New users receive a free trial with full access to all App features, limited to 3 rounds of tracking.

4.2 Premium (Paid Subscription)

Unlimited access to all features including unlimited round tracking, strokes gained analysis, and comprehensive performance analytics.

All payments for Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies.

You retain ownership of the golf data and other content you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

The App, including its design, code, algorithms, strokes gained methodology, statistical models, and analytical insights, is owned by Stymi Solution Sdn Bhd and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the App's operation, or collect data about other users.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Golf analytics are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional golf instruction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify Stymi Solution Sdn Bhd from any claims arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or any User Content you submit.

You may terminate your account at any time via the App or by contacting us at support@sundaypin.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stymi Solution Sdn Bhd regarding the App.
